afinity

i realise i have an afinity with clarke quay. my first 2 real jobs were both located at clarke quay, first highlanders and now ministry of manpower.

its a sign. when i start my first business, for sure its gonna be located at clarke quay. its hard to describe but whenever im at clarke quay i feel “home”. LOL.

tiring day at work but im googling about how to raise one’s energy level. i envy those who can still feel so alive & energetic even after a whole day of work. im gonna be like them.

anyways, my leg is still a bitch, it makes me feel inferior and handicapped in alot of ways. i swear that from today onwards i will put 100% effort in rehabilitating it.

First day at work.

today was my first day at MOM.

such a small world.

before i even started working, i met melvin goh, my sec sch friend + bandmate (LOL). he’s working at this department that is right next to mine. and soon enough, i found out that my BMT sergeant (the one everyone liked most) emilio, is my colleague and by afternoon, i realised that emilio and another colleague attended the same primary school. we were even in the same year. maybe its just singapore thats small ? lol.

i cant really describe my job as interesting or rewarding but a job is a job nonetheless.
